At 10DAYS, we are looking for an independent, entrepreneurial, and passionate Account Manager Sales to join our commercial team and represent our brand in Munich. This is a unique opportunity to be the face of 10DAYS in South Germany and Austria, operating independently from our showroom in Munich while collaborating closely with the wider commercial team.

Your role
As Account Manager Sales, you will combine independence with teamwork. You will manage the showroom and act as a key link between 10DAYS and our wholesale partners. Your responsibilities include:

Ensuring the perfect presentation of 10DAYS collections in the Munich showroom, including premium merchandise.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing wholesale customers and key accounts.
Proactively identifying and approaching new customers to expand market presence (white spot acquisition).
Visiting customers, presenting collections and managing re-orders.
Preparing and following up on appointments, orders and sales reports.
Supporting the execution of sales strategies and acquisition plans.
Monitoring market trends, competitors, and identifying growth opportunities (focus on Germany and Austria).
Using tools such as CRM systems, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to work efficiently and structured.
Collaborating with the commercial team to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Your profile

You are ambitious, service-minded and have a passion for fashion. You are able to balance independent responsibility with teamwork and you enjoy creating long-term value for customers.

We are looking for someone who:

Has proven sales experience, ideally within Wholesale or Retail fashion.
Is fluent in German and English.
Has a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
Is communicative, customer-focused and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude.
Has affinity with numbers and is analytically strong.
Has charisma, confidence and social skills to build trustful business relationships.
Has experience with social media as a business tool.
Shares the values and brand identity of 10DAYS, with a strong sense of style and branding.
